Ecoscape Solutions were delighted to implement the construction of the landscape design for this stunning country mansion which underwent a full rebuild.

We stripped back the existing landscape to start and then the fun began! All the levels had to be radically changed and this was achieved with over 2000 tonnes of fresh british standard topsoil.Approximately 4000m2 of turf was then installed using our big roll turf installation. The main patio areas were constructed using an Egyptian limestone and laid with a 4mm joint for that modern clean look, all the steps you see in the garden are constructed using 50mm thick bullnose machined limestone and matching risers for that timeles look. Underneath the treads of every other step are flush fitted LED strips to light up the steps in a dramatic elegant fashion. The main patio featured a glass section which allows you to see into the underground swimming pool and looks amazing at night with the lights from the pool shining up. The garden features over 170 lights all controlled through a fully automated wireless Rako system

We also commissioned a bespoke outdoor kitchen constructed in green oak and featuring a Firemagic outdoor BBQ and rotisserie complete with grill section,all this was set of in a black stone worktop .

Throughout the garden audio plays a large part with 3 subs and 18 mids and tops installed to work seamlessly with the properties audio visual system. Also installed was a 12  zone automated irrigation system which runs of the rain water harvesting tanks under the lawn to aid the 3700 plants that were put in the garden. Two water features were constructed by the new front of the property to add to the overall effect and give the wow factor!
